The UREATC Closing Coordinator training is designed for new coordinators entering the industry with no training and experience working in the industry. This course requires a lot of homework and research. If you are not serious about completing the requirements or if you are looking for easy solutions, this class is not for you. It is only for those that are serious about working with real estate agents as a Closing Coordinator.
