Sounds familiar? I'm sure it does. The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center (UREATC) is your coach, trainer, and mentor. We will teach and guide you through the process of monitoring each post contract and buyer contract from ratification to close. We provide coaching to you for 365 days. We will also work with you during your first five (5) transactions to ensure that your feel comfortable. Our training is Virtual!

In order to become successful, you need the right training. Training that is design to help you grow professionally. Training that focus on increasing your knowledge with less emphasis placed on the word "Certification".

Even though it is not a requirement, we recommend that each student obtain the NAR Real Estate Professional Assistant Certification (REPA); a two day course that is certified and recognized through the National Association of Realtors, as a pre-requisite to taking our training. Once you have obtained your designation, or if you plan to earn your designation, register for our training. If you elect not to obtain the NAR REPA certification, you are still eligible to take our training.
