The purpose of the UREATC is to provide online training to new and experience real estate assistants.

The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center guarantees that we will provide professional coaching and resources recommended tools to help each participant achieve his or her dream to become a successful unlicensed real estate assistant to brokers and agents. However, each participant is responsible for his or her own outcome of the training program and success when marketing to prospects, providing services, and retaining clients.

The Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant Training Center is in no way responsible for any participant\'s inability to successfully establish and manage a REA business. Our mission is to provide each participant with the tools you will need to build your business. Each participant\'s success is determined and measured by each participants desire to achieve success.

Each trainee understands that we, UREATC/REVA Coach is not an employment agency. We do not assign, hire, recommend, or guarantee that any trainee will be able to acquire a client.
 

Training Confidentiality Agreement

As a student of REVACoach Training, it is imperative that you abide by the policies and terms of our training center. Therefore, we have incorporated the following terms and policies to ensure that our students do not copy, email, transfer, distribute, duplicate, forward, plagiarize, plagiarism

1. Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.
2. Refunds will not be issued once your training manual has been mailed.
3. The Real Estate Assistant Training Center/REVACoach will not issue a refund once the class has started. All rescheduled sessions must be scheduled within 60 days from the date of cancellation.
4. If it becomes necessary to cancel your training, you must give 24 hour notice.
5. We reserve the right to not accept training registration from those that cancel frequently.
6. Distribution and sharing of all The Real Estate Assistant Training Center/REVACoach
   material is prohibited and punishable by law.
7. The Real Estate Assistant Training Center/REVACoach prohibits sharing of any class,
   class material, and access used before, during and after training.
8. Each training session is on a per person basis and charge. Therefore conference training and allowing multiple listeners to use our services without paying is prohibited. Violators will be required by law to pay for each additional attendee, internal and external, and will face copyright infringement charges. No speaker phones during any training sessions.
9. If training must be cancelled or rescheduled due to technical difficulties through the webinar program being used or internet access, we will reschedule all training for a later time or date.
10. The Real Estate Assistant Training Center/REVACoach accepts PayPal payments only and all payments must be made within 48 hours before the scheduled training date.

• All eCheck payments made through PayPal must clear 5 business days before training begins. We will not mail out any applicable training manuals until payment has been cleared.
• Any student found distributing any of The Real Estate Assistant Training Center/REVACoach materials will be banded and will not receive a refund. The said individual will also be prosecuted under the state laws of North Carolina and Federal Copyright Laws.
